Boylston Properties is spearheading a planned real estate development at 78 Crafts Street in Newtonville under the state's 40B affordable housing law. The development will consist of 307 apartments, with 62 designated as affordable units for families or individuals earning less than 50% of the Area Median Income.
This nearly 5-acre site is located within walking distance to various amenities, including Whole Foods, restaurants, the MBTA Commuter Rail Station, shops, and employment opportunities.
There is an upcoming public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, April 24 at 7 p.m.
